We went to Louise during a very difficult time. My daughter suffered severe anxiety going to school which led to her not going for many months. My daughter also struggled to get to sleep at night with all her worries. After only a few sessions the change was incredible. Louise made hypnosis recordings which my daughter listens to at bedtime and she loves them. They really relax and calm her (and me) and bedtime is a much calmer and happier time for us as a family. With Louise's fabulous stories, the calming techniques she has taught us, the tools she has given us to cope better, my daughter is finally back in school and a much happier and calmer child. Louise is truly an incredible person who is so amazing in her manner and approach my daughter never wants to leave and always asks when we are next seeing her and can we see her more often : ) I also highly recommend reading The Water Witch, they are wonderful short stories that teach calming techniques to children.

I had a relaxing and beneficial visit to the LB wellness practise, I was seen by Louise who made me feel welcome and relaxed and explained what we would be doing during the session. I bought the book Eny Greenie, The Water Witch for my 9 year old daughter to help her gain a little self confidence and to try & help her anxiety after such an awful year off school due to Covid. The author has such a way in the stories to help any child deal with emotions that can sometimes be unhealthy. It is also great as I know my daughter has friends that constantly worry so it’s brilliant for my daughter to understand how they may be feeling and how to cope with those emotions. Definitely recommend the book & I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in visiting this therapist, and have already recommended her to friends of mine.

Louise made ma a hypnosis recording which I listen to morning and night and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer. I’m so very grateful to Louise as it’s been a tremendous help to both my sleep routine and my general mental well being.
