It’s fair to say that my work with Laurie was literally transformative. I approached Laurie with no particular label I could attach to what was troubling me, more a general lack of any joy and flow in my life following a series of unwanted big life events, outside of my control, about a year earlier.
As well as re-introducing these two welcome elements back into my life through our work together, I was also able to let go of my lifelong pattern of over-thinking and night-time anxiety. This felt like an added and highly unexpected bonus to me, having assumed it was just part of who I was, but I have no doubt Laurie saw the patterns of my behaviour and guided our work accordingly. It feels incredible and very liberating! Some of our work was very challenging for me but I always felt in extremely safe hands and am very grateful to have met Laurie.
I am a therapist myself and Laurie was recommended to me by another therapist who also described her work as transformative. Laurie has something very special which is that she’s totally and 100% present throughout each session, I have rarely felt so heard and understood.

I cannot thank Laurie enough. I have struggled with my weight and self image for some years. Just a few sessions with Laurie and I managed to shed 2 stones and due to making complete lifestyle changes I have managed to keep the weight off .
My son suffered with lack of confidence. Again Laurie worked her magic and he is a completely different, more confident young man.
Since having children we weren't able to travel very far as my son could not travel more than a couple of miles without being incredibly ill. With just a couple of treatments he is cured! We now go on long haul holidays with him arriving fresher than the rest of us.
I would not hesitate to to consult Laurie again and recommend her as a kind, caring, sensitive and discrete person.
