A lovely environment for a treatment and Lauren is really good at her job. I am benefiting from a lymphatic drainage massage following a recent total knee replacement. I experienced greater flexibility in my new knee straight away which it makes it easier for me to do my physio exercises. I am really impressed.

I was booked to have reflexology for the first time, I’ve always been scared to try it due to being very ticklish but it was absolutely amazing! Lauran has healing hands and it was one of the bee treatments I’ve had to date. I’ve already booked in for next month and can’t wait to try more treatments like hot stone massage soon.
