Had 10 sessions hair removal here across a year, very happy with the results and the whole experience has been pretty positive. Every girl has been very polite and gentle. The last appointment was with Amanda and she is a absolute angel! I think overall it's very good value for money.

Had my seventh session at the clinic today with the incredible Bindya! She is very skilled and was attentive throughout the whole session. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout. She is amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. She answered any questions I had regarding my treatment and I felt very relaxed. You can tell she is very experienced and amazing at what she does! I have also had sessions with Alicia and I cannot recommend them enough. Very friendly and professional. Only issue was when the clinic closed for a few months however this is at no fault of the staff and they have recently changed their management.

Manager Amanda is dismissive, she talks over you without listening to your concerns! My eyebrow got burnt by one of the laser technicians and all Amanda could say in passively aggressive tone was that ‘I was not in the room, let’s review it at next laser session see if any hair is gone’ When half a cm of eyebrows disappeared from start of my left eyebrow (see photo attached)! Absolutely disgusting customer service, she walked away whilst I was talking. Previous employees were kind and polite, under new management it’s a mess!

Had a lovely session today with Bindya! She was very attentive, friendly and professional. She ensured to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole session, very gentle and careful to make adjustments as required. I have also had several sessions now at this clinic and each therapist have been really kind and skilled.
The only thing stopping the 5 stars overall from this clinic was the incidence where the clinic was closed without notice as mentioned in multiple other reviews here few months ago in 2024 spring, and all the communication methods were not accessible to customers with zero timeline given about when the clinic was to resume or compensation/refund prepaid sessions at that point (voicemail box was filled, emails were not responded to etc.) I believe that is not professional of the business management side - I would expect better, even if the branch is going into clerical/administration.

I had Hydrafacial treatment today with Alicja and I must say it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had , my specialist made everything so special, she went above and beyond and took that extra mile to ensure my needs were met. She personalised the treatment for me and based on the results I wanted to achieve. She was very professional, friendly and caring.
Overall the experience was amazing , staff really shows that care, attention and clinic was really clean too, which made me feel in safe and good hands.
My skin feels and looks super hydrated more hydrated and refreshed.
Thank you very much Laserclinics Bristol , I can’t wait for my next session.
I would highly recommend the clinic , starting from the affordable prices and deals they always got on , from services they provide and the staff is lovely.😊
