Again, absolutely awful service. Made to wait for an hour as they “forgot “ to prepare my prescription when I was sat in front of them, would definitely avoid this place if you don’t want to be ignored and treated poorly.

No zero star option, another classis customer service issue to day, checked the sign on the door, 'Pharmacist will be at lunch from 1:30-2:30' great its only 13:13, only to be told we can process a prescription as the pharmacist 'is going to go to lunch', I pointed out the time but it was to no avail. I just walked out, i know that now as i head back it wont be ready. by far the worst Pharmacy in area, we will change to using Boots.

I am sorry to say, but this is truly the worst pharmacy I have experienced. They close over lunchtime due to staff shortages, but no mention of this on their website. I had a newborn with me and this was very much an inconvenience - although I made no complaint about this at the time. Then when they did open, the prescription wasn't ready to collect despite it having been their for 10 days. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for it, when I asked why I was told the pharmacist was on break. Although I could see the pharmacist working behind the counter! Blatant lying to customers.

Then my husband went today to see if they stocked probiotics for our 5 week old. The pharmacist told him it was an 'odd request' and not common. This was shouted infront of other customers instead of speaking to him directly. He didn't even inquire the reason for needing them before coming to this conclusion. Completely disregarding patient confidentiality by shouting from behind the counter. We are both healthcare professionals and this is not an unusual request and was recommended by our pediatrician. When he was corrected, he replied "clearly, I'm not that clever". Even a quick Google would show him this is not unusual. By his own admission he is not a competent pharmacist and I would advise people to avoid this pharmacy.

Both times we've been, other customers have been complaining about the pharmacy too.

So slow. Always an age to get anything done here, both when empty or full of customers. Seem to be 4 or 5 working there yet seemingly busy fools.

Moved from another pharmacy after several unpleasant experiences. Always helpful, kind and polite. Understand it’s likely people don’t feel their best and so go out of their way to be kind and nice. Pick up their phones. Let you know there will be a wait. Absolute breath of fresh air after the previous one.

I appreciate Lark rise is a very busy pharmacy and the staff are generally under pressure,
I have always been polite and understanding when my pre-ordered prescription isn’t ready to pick up (even after 14 day post ordering) I have often offered to come back another day.
Due to closing the pharmacy on Saturday’s, not being unable to pick up my prescription during the week as I am at work, but mainly because of the rudeness of some members of staff, I will be moving to Boots.

Incredibly slow, always waiting for prescriptions to be made, order for Aspirin for pregnant fiancee ordered on Monday, went in on the Friday to pick up and it hadn't been done. Had to wait for 20 minutes for it to be made up. Terrible service. A whole weeks notice and 20 minutes wait, My Doctor can rustle up my 2 month supply of Epilepsy Meds in less than a day.

I was regular, but they are too slow, they don't listen to you. On one visit I heard an assistant complain loudly about customers coming in on Saturday at 11.45am when they shut at 12.00 noon. Without their customers they wouldn't be there. We now have a new more modern pharmacy, they are polite and efficient no matter how busy they are.
