I have experience Bowen now for the second time. I have to say it's an amazing therapy and experience. I've suffered with sciatica for some time and Bowen has help me immensely the pain has completely gone and I felt so relaxed throughout. Brett is an amazing therapist, he is clear and concise about what you will receive, he makes you feel at ease and is truly professional at what he does. I would highly recommend him, thank you Brett

I suffer with stiff shoulders and hips, and after my first session I can already feel the difference and I have improved range of motion. I was sceptical at first but willing to try anything with the amount of pain I live in day to day.
Being incredibly stiff is something else I struggle with, I left my first session and put on my shoes with ease which I haven't done for a long time. Don't get me wrong, it's not a magical fix for everything but I can certainly feel improvements in myself and hopefully this will continue to improve with more sessions.
Brett was very warm and welcoming and has a lovely room set up.

I saw Brett yesterday as I've had a flare up with my back. Now I don't know how this works but I slept so deeply and soundly and my back is so much better today. If you could get Bowen therapies on prescription there would be no need of tranquillisers or pain medication again.

A friend recommended Bowen therapy, it’s something I’d never heard of and I’m so glad she did , I’ve been suffering with a trapped nerve in my back and nothing seemed to be making progress, after one session I was walking much better but also had the best nights sleep in a long time , Brett puts you at ease and it didn’t take him long to discover my old injuries that were contributing to my existing problems, therapy is ongoing with good progress, looking forward to the next appointment.

Brett's knowledge on how the body can be supported and what needs to be treated is vast. The treatment was held in a quiet room which was both calm and peaceful. I felt very relaxed and Brett was open to answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Brett and will returning to continue my treatments.
