Can't praise all the staff at this surgery enough . Always go above and beyond. Especially the immense pressure they face each day , meeting patients needs. Appointment this morning with the nurse for blood tests etc , again friendly and excellent communication skills

Changed to ladybarn gp a few months ago and it was the best decision. Using the online form I get a same day phone or face to face appointment everytime. The doctors have always been so friendly and approachable and, more impressively, I rarely have a delay for my appointment. A couple of minutes at the most. Amazing GP. Best I've used for over a decade.

The reception team are always friendly and helpful especially Fahana. The extended opening times mean I can attend before and after work as time off during working hours isn’t always possible. I have never had to wait too long for an appointment. Overall, very happy with this Doctors surgery.

Reception staff have always been friendly to me, every doctor I have seen has taken time to listen to me and help me. Really grateful for the wonderful staff making my illnesses slightly better. Some of the patients could learn to be a bit more respectful in my opinion.

Deciding to change clinics recently, I had several recommendations for Ladybarn Group Practice and one doctor in particular. This is a very welcoming surgery with open plan spacing and clean so I was delighted to become the patient of Dr Kate Poole, who is the most delightful and empathic doctor I have ever met. I have white coat syndrome but it isn’t showing up any more as Dr Poole listens to me when I speak, is not at all patronising and treats me like a human. No longer do I dread going to the doctor to be patronised or sidelined by a negative test result. She has made me welcome from day one, makes her own appointments for me ahead, with necessary tests. She is very knowledgeable and gives me the impression that she genuinely feels for her patients and doesn’t regard them as inanimate objects. I am very happy with the situation and think I have made the correct choice. The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful too and so in my turn, I can recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

I find all of the doctors at Ladybarn practice with whom I have been in contact (from the most junior and inexperienced to the most senior), to be pleasantly approachable and good listeners. Each time I visit the surgery, I feel satisfied with the outcome and made to feel that my visit was important despite some medical matters perhaps being routine.
The one issue I do have is the online booking system. Although I recognise it is a NHS National system and probably foistered on the practice, It certainly wasn’t created to be user friendly. I feel sorry for those who are not familiar with using a keyboard or are not particularly adept at expressing themselves. It must be a nightmare!

Lovely kind caring Doctor cant speak highly enough of her, Ive seen her numerous times over the past few months. I went in with a list of issues, sent straight for bloods, always gave me great treatment, answered all my questions and we got to the bottom of things very quickly and a plan moving forward with
