I'm a long distance and ultra runner who has osteoarthritis and I can thoroughly recommend Lauren. She's very professional, gives good advice, treatment is spot on and I'm feeling stronger now than at anytime in the last few years. I would struggle to believe that any other treatments or services are any less exemplary than the sports massage.

I went to Lauren, with extreme pain in my shoulder, arm and neck after a fall.
Lauren assessed my symptoms and immediately diagnosed me with an injury to my rotator cuff, tendinitis, and poor movement in my neck due to damaged nerves which was causing severe headaches basically I was a mess.
Lauren worked on my shoulder with heat and massage, and ultrasound.
After a good hours treatment Lauren showed me exercises to do daily and what to avoid not doing to aggravate the injury.
I was thoroughly impressed with the thoroughness and accuracy of Lauren’s diagnosis, she explains every step and part of the treatment. I came away with less pain than I went in with and the treatment I received was outstanding.
I recommend Lauren 100% if you have an injury, or for the other treatments she offers on the Wellness side. Wonderful calm environment to be treated in.
