My grandfather sadly passed away this week, following a short but aggressive deterioration. This christmas won't be one we remember fondly. The staff at Kitwood house gave back so much of the dignity that his vascular dementia took away from him. I am eternally grateful for the love, care and kindness the staff provided him in the final weeks with us. It brings a lot of comfort during a difficult time. Thank you so much.

Visited my aunty today with my father and the quality of the care here appears impressive. The gardens and the building itself are immaculate and all staff are friendly. Good COVID protocol. I feel happy my auntie is safe and cared for here
