Lovely space and friendly people.

Accessible ramp out front and staff were really helpful and mindful as I negotiated the building.

I was referred to their Outreach team for support but this was very ineffective and after a number of phone calls to arrange a home visit this was cancelled, the outreach worker didn't follow up. Disappointing as this delayed things by about 3 weeks🤦🏽🤷🏽

Lots of activities and resources to promote mental well-being and Mindfulness.
