It's still early days, so I can only review the surgery day and aftercare at this stage. I cannot fault the professionalism and genuine care of all the staff at KSL Manchester clinic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at ease, helping to turn my nervousness into a positive and exciting experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I was well looked after throughout the day.

The aftercare package is fantastic, everything you need is provided. I also received a courtesy call on day 1 post-op from the coordinator, who was happy to answer any questions I had. I'm excited to see the results and will update this review after my first PRP session.

Incredible experience from start to finish. I had my consultation and had the full process explained to me and it made my decision very easy to go ahead with my hair transplant. I’m only 6 days into my recovery now, but the aftercare instructions have been clear and easy to follow, and the aftercare kit has everything I need. I can’t wait to see the results!

Cannot fault KSL Clinic in Manchester. Had my procedure yesterday (February 20th 2025) and from start to finish I was made to feel welcome, by Elisha to Dr Zeeshan and his wonderful team of technicians who were faultless throughout the day ensuring my comfort and answering any questions I had throughout each stage. Although early stages of post transplant recovery and I am fuelled by confidence that the results of transplant will be a success due to the plethora of aftercare resources I received.
