I come to companies in and around Pontefract on a regular basis as an HGV driver and find all of them very helpful.......until I come to the old Linpac, now Klockner P., Ponte.
First time for a while.
Not impressed at being talked to like a PoS.
Not impressed at the speed of loading/unloading.
Arrived 1.45 pm and on time,
2 hour wait for a bay, 40 minutes waiting for the first pallet to be clattered onto the trailer.
Once loaded, the paperwork took 30 minutes to print off.
The bloke on the gate was a complete dick wo seemed to think it was fun to leave the paperwork on the printer avoiding me to do whatever he could to keep me there.
Dreadful place.
Don't try to communicate with them as all you get are grunts.
Yep, grunts from....well you know where I am coming from!👍👍👍👍

Asked a forklift driver a question!!! John is his name southern accent, what a complete arrogant person and abusive complete tool and a complete waste of fresh air. BUT the other lads who came out to tip me was very helpful and polite. Always get that 1 knobhead in the company

Even 1 star is an overstatement for the staff at this place! Staff extremely rude and arrogant! A staff member decided to come over and raise his voice, for no apparent reason without listening to what the worker had to say. There was no security at all at the gates and little cameras to protect the yard. Shouting and being absolutely horrible to other companies who are there to do their job! Absolutely vile behaviour. Would not recommend going near or visiting This site unless you want to be spoken to like absolute rubbish. (Forklift driver was the one that started to complain in the first place and one member who seemed higher up)

Someone have to sack Managers here...
Goods Out Just amazing slow...3 hours on bay and only half a trailer loaded... Can't give them even a star.... The Only one KP site who deserve to be closed forever.

A disgraceful place with a disgraceful service. Very difficult place to enter, taking numerous hours to load. Unhelpful staff.
Also complaints made by internal staff at each other, how unprofessional!
Seems like they all speak about a "David Marshall" from Finance of how much of a t*** he is - how he belittles individuals with his best friend Charlotte from HR.
Dear God, if this is what i am hearing for waiting two hours for my truck getting loaded, God only knows what is happening inside this appalling business.

Easy to find bang opposite bp garage entrance 2 or gate 2 helpful staff and get you loaded straight away or take you to where you're trailer is
