Was quite sure that the heat pad wasn’t working because I only felt the tiniest amount of heat and telephoned the company to ensure that I have done everything right. I spoke to the customer care department who suggested that I wait 30 minutes to start feeling the benefits and still I wasn’t convinced. 10 minutes later I am FULLY convinced and cannot speak highly enough about the product and undoubtedly I can feel relief from my lower back pain. Thoroughly recommended.

I bought my first Cura-Heat yesterday and try this morning. I wonder it really help to ease my back pain or not. However it works brilliant and warming my painful back from this morning to evening! I’ll stock up more 3 patches boxes!
