Would give 0 stars if possible, didn’t have part of my prescription and questioned why I needed a certain brand, when I said I was allergic to the coating on others, I was asked if I had tried them. Looked on the system commenting on how much more expensive the brand I was prescribed was, then told me they would require me to get a private prescription and pay the extra in order for them to order it (which is totally incorrect), then went on to say under breath, although prescriptions in Wales are free doesn’t mean people can pick brands they want! This medication is life saving and needed.

The staff are rude speak to you like your a child extremely bad customer service. Also they cannot fulfil prescriptions as required either due to lack of supply or on occasion it to much of an effort.thier policies take priority over thier duty of care sooner or later somebody will be seriously ill due to thier incompetence which they will be liable for.

Every time I get my prescription from this chemist there is always the same medication missing. This time they tried to tell me I hadn't had a prescription from them since May. I have the same medication from the doctors every month for over a year. Don't understand why every month I get my prescription they never have theses tablets I now changing to a new one even though its local to me I had enough and it's incompetent.

Pharmacist and stuff do a brilliant job. But beware of the council traffic warden who puts tickets on patients cars while their in the chemist getting their prescriptions because there's limited space for parking your car outside chemists the traffic warden hides around a side street and waits for patients getting their prescriptions then dives on you rather quickly while your in chemist and put tickets on your windscreen it's a fine of £85.00 so watch out for the scumbag.

An absolute hopeless pharmacy I can never get any of the diabetic stuff my partner needs I always have to use different pharmacies or wait until the next day or a week if it's a new tester and glucose strips and when I question them about stocking up I get laughed at like I've crack a funny joke when diabetes is serious and not at all funny in the slightest
