I've been a patient here for many years & had all sorts of treatments with various people & I cannot recommend this practice enough. They're worth the journey I have to make every time. The receptionist is very helpful & friendly & every dentist/hygienist etc. I've seen there was caring, explained things clearly & thoroughly, provided excellent treatment (I never had to have anything redone, unless I was told I would need to), inspired confidence & just generally was a pleasure to deal with. Nowadays, I usually see Wendy & she's absolutely fantastic. I always look forward to having a chat & catch-up & leave smiling. Whatever the management here are doing to secure great staff & service, they are doing it right.

Joined this dentist about 3 years ago after struggling to get into a dentist and I must say the lady on receptions is lovely, always has a smile and a chat. The dentist is very good at what she does, goes above and beyond to make sure your happy with what there doing. Brilliant with the kids, my eldest daughter has always been nervous to go dentist, when we first joined she wouldn’t even get in the chair, now she will get in it but still nervous, Wendy was so brilliant with relaxing her nerves. I've been a patient here for around 10yrs now, possibly longer and I can honestly say it's the best NHS practice I've ever used in my life. All staff are lovely right from reception through to Guy Jack, (Dentist and owner).
A special mention has to go to Emma though. Whenever I chat with her she is the most down to earth and easy going person I've spoken with. I always feel like I've known her for years on a personal level which is really nice.
Keep up the good work and thanks for looking after me!

Both myself and my 5 year old daughter are patients and Wendy is our dentist in the surgery. She is amazing!! I have had a root canal and she talked me through every part of it and was so gentle and understanding. My daughter loves going to the dentist. Win win!!

Visiting family and needed emergency dentist for partner, was given an appointment at this practice. Blown away at thier service, they are patient caring and solved the problem. Made him nice and relaxed and pain free. Need a follow up with our dentist but I'm hoping for a weekend without pain. Highly recommended

This dentist always comes across very professional and I really appreciate how each step of treatment is explained fully so I understand what what to expect during treatment. Always accommodating and a clean and friendly practice. I would certainly recommend them.

Excellent service, was referred by NHS Direct, had an appointment within an hour and had been treated with another hour. Pain free experience, one I had been putting off for a while. Very impressed.

You have an answer phone stating you close for lunch 1pm-2pm. It is now 2.14 pm and I still cant get thru.
You either need to update your answer message with your correct opening times or switch your answering phone off at 2pm as stated.

Normally I would give a 5 star rating for this Dental practice but not on this occasion as I am being given faulse information whilst trying to bnook an appt.
