Yesterday I called them to make an appointment. One of their staff answered the call knowing my name and birthday and couldn't find me in their system. After 10 minutes the opposite told me that I moved house a few days ago and canceled the registrar at their GP. Today I went there with my bill paper for re-registration. When I asked the staff how did my GP change without me? He got annoyed and replied i don't know. It is far from saying sorry to me, on the contrary, it seems that I am responsible for all this.

I been with this practice over 17 years and I could not say anything bad about their service they have the best doctors & I always get seen quick and always get the best service , I even got acupuncture which helped me massively . It’s the best clinic in the area . Thank you for your great service as always .

The service I received from this practice was mind blowing.

I put a request in via the online form. 10 minutes later, I had a phone call and an appointment within the hour. The doctor was so kind and understanding.

While I understand the resistance of the new online system, take the time to consider how much better this actually is. You don’t have to hold on the phone. Depending on severity depends on when you get an appointment.

Our NHS must be protected at all costs!

I contacted my GP surgery for my illness and with in 5 mins of sending my online form I received a response and was promptly given treatment by Dr McLaughlin. I am so impressed with the service that I received today. The online appointment/triage is very useful for working patients like me. Thank you to all the admin team and clinicians who work really hard in the current difficult circumstances, my family and I are ever so grateful.

I am so happy with the professional care Kings Medical Centre give to my family. All the doctors, nurses and staff are extremely professional, personable and caring to their patients. The surgery is very well managed. We switched a few years ago from Loughton Medical Centre and it was the best choice we’ve ever made medically. Highly recommended! ?

I do not recommend this GP practice; the Reception service is horrible and inefficient. In February 2023, today, July 14.07, I requested the Maternity Exemption Form from reception. I need this form urgently as I took a prescription without paying for medication, and NHSBSA requested this form ASAP to avoid any penalty charges. Every month the NHSBSA sends an e-mail reminder that they did not receive my form from my GP. In total, I have completed this form four times at the GP reception, and every time, I was assured that they sent all my previous forms so that the problem might be the Postage service. All these times, I contacted NHSBSA for updates, plus I paid the prescription to avoid charges; in the end, I requested to receive the signed form and to send it personally with a special delivery to the NHS Authority. When I went to take the signed form, surprisingly, they gave me my first form, which the doctor signed in February. Asking the receptionist why my form was not sent for five months, they replied, "Apology and Good Luck in the future. "

I have always found every member of staff , reception, secretaries , nurses and every GP to be kind and supportive .
if like myself you require regular contact with the surgery it is so important that patients feels that's believed. and listen too.
I feel extremely lucky to be registered at this surgery and can not fault any member of the team.
Being unable to communicate verbally is very difficult for me and the staff, everyone always makes me feel at eased and treat with empathy. These last few years the support and dedication has been brilliant and I can not rate them high enough. their job is so very difficult and they are all doing a fantastic job. so often people only write to complain. More people should also say when people are doing a great job. thank you everyone I am extremely grateful in all that you do.
