These guys are always there when you need them and never struggled to get an appointment. Dr Raj Kanwar was brilliant today and helped identify a couple of issues I’ve been having and give me the appropriate treatments. After 59 years at a Banbury surgery I felt the need to transfer to Kineton Red Vale surgery. Within I week of registering, I was registered and had an appointment. I felt everyone from reception, upstairs staff and pharmacy helpful and caring, not forgetting the doctor I saw who knew what he was looking for to diagnose me within minutes. I wish I had moved sooner and would suggest if you are not content with the treatment you are getting (or not getting) think about moving as it’s so easy! Happy new patient!

Efficient appointment booking process with regular reminders. Appointment offered was 2 days away which was ok given the circumstances.
Nurse practitioner was on time, caring and offered practical advice including finding the best MIU for diagnosis & treatment.

Friendly and knowledgeable receptionist when I had to call back later for advice on medical certificates/insurance claim form.
Highly recommend this surgery.

Unfortunately, I have needed to visit the GP surgery quite a few times recently, but I am incredibly grateful to have found a doctor who truly listens. I have seen Dr. Nathan Mulligan on several occasions, and each time he has been patient, attentive and supportive. It makes such a difference to feel heard and understood and I really appreciate the care he has provided.

Good regular reminders. Spoke to Dr the evening before and he got me in the next morning.
