The new manager in this health centre has deleted the vast majority of negative reviews, including my own. Not a very good look, you should consider improving the service rather than silencing the negative feedback you get for providing a terrible service.

The new manager has also implemented a new ‘emergency booking only’ process where appointments are only available on an emergency basis on a Thursday and Friday, no GP appointments on any other days.

An absolute disgrace of a health centre that is not fit for purpose and will result in many people not getting the care or diagnosis they need.

Good surgery for a small town. GPs pay attention and provide decent care. Quick to refer to NHS or private specialists if needed.

I’ve moved home 4 times in last 6 years. Had to change GPs each time. Getting an appointment at this practice is no more difficult than at any of the other GP surgeries I’ve been registered in last 6 years. UK has too few GPs, and too many sick people.

Kilsyth also has a large elderly population, who need to see GPs frequently, adding to pressure.

Appointment system designed so almost impossible to get an appointment. They have people phone at 8am for routine and urgent appointments meaning you just get an engaged line repeatedly until eventually get through and nothing left. Almost impossible to get a routine appointment if you are working, I've been trying for over a month

An abhorrent shambles of a health centre that has clerical staff thinking they own the place. Removed from practice for requesting an appointment with practice manager to discuss the practices medical negligence of my partner. This place needs investigating

I think that this place needs a renovation. Not very clean in steam room and sauna. Showers with very low water pressure and not warm enough water.
