It is the nearest pharmacy that opens on a Sunday for me. The demands are high evidently, and they were extremely busy when I visited today. However, the service was very efficient and helpful! Can’t fault them for working to such high standards despite the immense pressure the team is under. Thank you!

Had to get some emergency meds on a Sunday. Other pharmacies didn't stock, phoned Kidlington Pharmacy first, polite and knowledgeable on phone. Meds were waiting for me when I arrived. Great service, good end to a stressful day.

Positive changes, staff for the most part are friendly, helpful. Pharmacists are always on hand and even when stressed will do their best to guide and or advise. Many thanks, they have to deal with grumpy heads.

This was always my preferred pharmacy with most staff being polite and helpful. Since the change at the pharmacy it’s become slow, medication not ready when it should be. I’ve been asked in front of others what’s your medication, like list them out in front of these people. Would normally be a 5 star rating but I just feel let down. What’s gone wrong.

Couldn't have been more helpful when I was staying fairly local and I didn't have enough Epilepsy medication. I called 111 and one of the major pharmacies where I was staying in Bicester refused to supply an emergency supply of medication.
I called 111 back and they told me to go here to collect an emergency supply, and they were incredible!
I'd be in such a bad state now if it wasn't for them and I am so grateful.

Needed a prescription urgently as usual online service and all pharmacies I visited were out of stock of my usual meds and I was down to a few days supply. The pharmacist could not have been more helpful, despite an admin error with the prescription barcode preventing its release. He told me who to phone and what to say and was totally patient with the whole process. Pills dispensed immediately thereafter. I’m very grateful for his great service and kind manner

Started using this pharmacy 18 months ago and the service has been excellent. Called in this morning to enquire about flu jab, which by GP. Surgery had refused me because I wouldn’t have a Covid jab, no waiting, efficiently done. My grateful thanks to the pharmacist.
