Referred to Keynsham medical centre at 6.30am on Easter Sunday with suspected DVT following surgery. Received excellent service from Dr Gates, very thorough and well explained examination and treatment advised. What an excellent facility and terrific service - Thank You.

This was my first visit to the centre today and it was excellent. The staff were very helpful,friendly and my appointment with Fiona Fox was totally unhurried, attentive.

The building has several units under one roof. The doctors and nurses are amazing,very kind and nothing is too much trouble. Need an appointment they do the best they can to get you in to see the either a doctor or nurse especially in an emergency. A great practice highly recommend

I have received numerous appointments here for maternity and other health related issues. Almost every experience has been very positive and helpful. Sometimes the staff get a bit stressed if you get something wrong or they do, but that happens everywhere and I have only once felt frustrated in this location. All the staff I've met there have been helpful and fair, many have gone the extra mile and produced a high quality service for my family and I. I would recommend this facility, only word of warning is that often the car park gets busy and there is not always a space, so it is best to walk if you're able to and live locally.

A well run Surgery, pleasant and friendly Staff, always v helpful and kind. Have been with this Surgery for 23 years and have never had any problems at all. Long may it continue!
