Recently had an Ayurvedic massage and found it very restoring. From the time I walked in, it was calming inside the treatment room with soft lighting and the scent of essential oils.

It began with a warm oil massage. The herbal extracts had steeped into the oil, which was heated to perfection and then liberally applied over the body. The strokes were rhythmic, with a purpose to stimulate circulation and draw toxins out of the body. As I continued to be massaged, I could practically feel tension in my muscles melt away, particularly in my neck and shoulders-the corners of the body where most people tend to store stress.

After the massage, you typically sit in a steam chamber for about 10-15 minutes.

What made the Ayurvedic massage so special was its attending to energy flow and balancing. By the end of the session, I really felt relaxed, centered, and my body lighter.
I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone seeking relaxation and balance in both body and mind.

Kerala Ayurveda Centre offer a wonderful ayurvedic treatment setup. We are so fortunate to have access to such traditional therapies here in the UK. I've previously been to India specifically for such treatment and receive a similar if not better standard of care to the therapy in India. Shirodhara is a wonderfully powerful therapy for reducing stress and rejuvenating the nervous system. General massage is also expertly administered with care, and in a pleasant ambiance. So impressed with the Kerala Style Ayurvedic Treatment in Manchester, this was my first time outside Kerala going for a Kerala Style Massage treatment. But they are maintaining the real authenticity of Kerala Ayurvedic Massage. The place smells of beautiful aroma oils from Kerala. I have booked the slot a week back and wanted to treat my leg numbness issue due to nerve problems and pain. Received the best massage by the masseur and he also recommended some of the body stretching methods for pain relief and best result of the massage - it did work. I also had a steam bath as part of the package which made my whole body more refreshed. The facility is very clean and the massage table is a Kerala traditional style wooden one. They do use authentic ayurvedic oils and herbs from Kerala for kizhi treatment. Applying Kizhi together made it more effective and I had a good relief on my leg numbness/pain problem.

They are very attentive, punctual and well experienced and certified professionals on Kerala Ayurvedic Massage Treatments. I will surely book another one soon.
