I had a fantastic experience with a massage and colonic treatment in Kerala. The setting was calm and professional, perfect for relaxation. The Ayurvedic full-body massage was deeply soothing, and the colonic treatment left me feeling light and refreshed. A great way to detox and unwind — highly recommended!

The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. Their professionalism really added to the overall experience.

I booked a last minute appointment today and was in a lot of pain as a fibromyalgia sufferer and unable to move my arms due to inflammation.
The customer service during my initial telephone call, when I arrived to the clinic and during the massage itself was amazing. I was even given instructions on aftercare which was a first for me.
My therapist Avantika was absolutely amazing and took time to listen to my issues and treated me accordingly.
I can't recommend Avantika enough especially as when I left my session, I felt like a new person.
I will definitely be returning again on a regular basis and highly recommend this clinic, Avantika, and the services they offer. Thank you again guys x

Isha is an amazingly talented. She was incredibly quick to point out where the problem was and she tended to it with great care and sensitivity. She is a very humble and a knowledgeable professional who has also suggested a few beneficial exercises for my neck pain. On her suggestion, I have booked another 5 sessions. I am very pleased with the high quality service and support. I highly recommend this place.

Awful! Very upset to have had oil rubbed all over me but nearly no massage! Can’t believe it to be honest. A very strange head massage that didn’t make any sense. I had to leave town and go home because I was so oily! I left feeling like I wanted to cry and my partner was upset with his also. I don’t think they have been to college or have any real training qualifications. My tummy hurts after her rubbing it for 30 seconds. She made no comments on all the knots and places that were bad and needed more treatment. The knots are bad and I also have crunchy joints she made no comment about just moved quickly off them. It was a joke.

Pain and stiffness in my shoulder eased noticeably with the Kizhi treatment. The whole experience was soothing and relaxing.

I was surprised to learn how some new businesses get affected by fake reviews, making it hard to attract real customers. When I visited Kerala Ayurveda Clinic, the lady at reception explained how unfairly some competitors play dirty with fake reviews.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but as a businessman myself, I understand how damaging this can be. I’ve received genuine service here — no discounts or special offers in exchange for this feedback — just real care and respect.

This clinic is simple and trustworthy with a good reputation. I hope other regular customers will consider supporting them by sharing honest experiences to protect the business from unfair fake reviews.

Absolutely disgusting. Never step foot in this shop horrendous these guys have no professionalism. I booked 2 weeks beforehand and paid when I came in the woman said I haven't booked in and didnt even give my money back I was about to call the police but to stop going any further I left. DO NOT GO HERE. All they do is steal your money.

Worst customer service. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to make my appointment. Whilst I appreciate it's not their fault, they made no attempt to help me find another appointment on another day.

It would have been my first time going there and they should have made more of an effort as this was the case.

Typical desi business with no clue of how to provide customer service. Deserves to shut down.

Go to Ayur Herbal Clinic or another establishment.

Fully disappointed!
I took facial service from them. They even know how to massage or how to do facial. Waste of money and time. I wasted my 42 pound. Disgusting!
