From releasing my Quads last week, my medial heels, bilaterally, can now hit the ground as I walk!
It’s been such a long time of always walking on the outside edge of my heels that I can’t remember if I have ever felt this feeling before and it’s pretty awesome.

Left Talus to Tibia relation. - the tibia is sliding down nearer in relation to the talus, affecting change through the entire posterior fascial chain of that leg. Means the connection from heel to sit bone-glut is direct and unhindered every time!
Whereas for years, the connection from the heel would rise only as far as the belly of the calf and lodge there, remaining taut and unhappy. While the glut just hung dormant and unhappy too.
Over the years, I’ve tried many methods and treatments to reconnect the whole posterior fascial chain (heel to glutei) but only you Fran have been able to get me there completely.
