I recently had a full knee replacement which went very well, upon recovery I was sent to Invicta ward. I would like to say that all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the treatment that I received from start to finish was excellent. Thank You very much.

I attended Canterbury Hospital yesterday for day surgery and from the moment I arrived to the moment I left it was faultless!! Every member of staff I required information from, from porter showing me the correct direction to go in to the pre- caring staff, to the surgeon and after care staff I'd give them all 20 out of 10!!! The hospital was clean, tidy, nothing seemed to much trouble, I'm fully aware the NHS in parts is somewhat broken, but on this occasion it was above and beyond expectations!! From the bottom of my heart I want to thank every single member of staff I interacted with yesterday..... you were faultless 🙏👌👌💚

Following a GP we had an urgent referral to the Dermatology department at Kent and Canterbury. Within four days of the referral we received a telephone call and an appointment for the coming Sunday. My husband was seen absolutely on time by a very pleasant doctor . We could not fault the whole experience. Well done Kent and Canterbury.

I had a total knee replacement recently in Invicta Ward. I had a comfortable room with my own bathroom. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I was treated with great care and professionalism by all. All credit to them. I can’t thank them enough. The only slight criticism is the state of the building. It seems like what was meant to be a temporary structure has been used as a permanent one. It could do with some TLC.

We spent 5 hours with my elderly parent at the minor injuries unit overnight for a Urology problem. The Nursing, Medical and Clerical staff were absolutely marvellous. We could not have received better care anywhere else.

Very disappointed with the poor service I received from A&E. Some staffs were most helpful including Drs Reema Risel and (Saadiq)Khandker Quadar but the other staffs were most unhelpful and curt. I’ve been waiting on trolleys in the hospital hallway for two days. I can share more if you wish 😔🙄

Unfortunately had a bad experience with MRI scan. Bloods taken at 10.30 am then told to wait 2 hours for scan in cold waiting room. Went for lunch in canteen and sausage over salty and food tepid. Still waiting after 4 hours.

This hospital is extremely well kept and maintains high standards while performing their services. Their Radiotherapy department is exceptional with very nice people and staff .
