Excellent medical centre with highly experienced and knowledgeable GPs.
However
1. Parking is often extremely difficult
2. It would help to know that the doctors are running x minutes late as sometimes one fears one has been forgotten.

Very rude staff, arrogant, unhelpful. Prescription always late even though we give 24 hours notice!

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I have just joined and had a little bit of a nightmare situation as I couldn't get to hospital due to childcare. The receptionist was very keen to get me seen and for the first time in my whole 30 years asked how I am the next day! And that really made me feel cared for and in safe hands. I had a blood test the next day and mis read the text as a different time and they still accepted me to be seen ? no issues at all. Lovely HCA too! Thank you

The GPs, ANPs, HCAs and administrative staff are outstanding in this practice. I joined this surgery from Ambrose knowing the best staff from there had set up here. I speak as a patient and also a professional who works closely with them in CAMHS. Receptionist are empathic and do everything to get you seen, a GP offered to wait three hours to see my daughter who was late due to train cancellations. The care I have received is above and beyond any GP I have ever had.

What is the point of this surgery? Might as well shut down. This is my second attempt to schedule an appointment for my child who needed antibiotics. Both times, I was denied due to lack of availability, forcing me to go to the A&E and wait in line for 5 hours for a minor issue. The appointment booking system is poorly designed and close to useless.

I rang the surgery at eight O'Clock, had to wait about 4 minutes and was given an appointment on the same day. The doctor was very professional and attentive. I was very impressed. After much criticism, some from me, I just wanted to acknowledge the big improvements made by this surgery. Thank you.

If I could give no stars I would!!
Appalling patient care.
Receptionist Amanda unhelpful, rude and has a very poor level of care or sympathy towards patients needs.
Tried to make an appointment this morning and was told they no longer book “face to face” appointments and I need to call 111 to be triaged. When I explained the severity and risks related to my call and the need to be seen I was told I could make a phone call consultation next Friday.
Since merging with the health centre and the change in staff, this surgery has continued to decline in its patient care.
Really needs investigation from CQC
