Katharine house is a charity shop. Many customers do not wear masks. Very often these none mask wearing customers will move right up beside you causing you to have to move away to protect yourself
The same applies in many other shops of course.

We always donate to Katherine House. They were a god send when someone we loved very much was ill then unfortunately passed away. The place is clean and tidy, the staff are so helpful and friendly.

I went in today for a little look around and was verbally abused by a staff member maxine Logan on the shop floor!! If you care to look at the camera play back you will see the incident clear as day! I will not visit or support the store again! Disgusting behaviour.
