I had a session with Kaz which was AMAZING! She held the space beautifully, carefully and explained everything that was going to happen. I recently had an energy treatment from Kaz called access bars, it was a really relaxing treatment and afterwards I felt like a weight had been lifted - totally de-stressed and less brain fog. I’ve had other treatments in the past including reiki, seichem and Psych-K and every time, I’m like a new woman! Highly recommended practitioner and all treatments! 10/10

Cannot recommend Kaz enough I attended the Elevation retreat last year.. I was not disappointed 100% life changing in the most amazing way possible so much thought and care goes into everything that she does she is truely amazing at what she does.❤️ Iv also had energy treatments and psych-k which was just phenomenal. Fabulous session today. Karen is not only very professional but very caring and understanding and happy to listen. I came away feeling like I had some of the weight lifted off my shoulders.
The surroundings were cosy, quiet and very relaxing with a lovely fragrant smell and music.
