I am so excited about Kalm. Yin Yoga with Kirsty was exactly what I needed, she was so lovely and I will be booking another class again. Kalm looks and smells beautiful and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be booking the fire and ice experience. Finished the morning with a smoothie made with coconut milk which was delicious. It felt like a spa treat more than a class and you can’t tell that you’re on a high street at all. Thank you for a lovely morning, will definitely be back! ❤️

First time visiting Kalm and I already can’t wait to come back , a welcoming entrance, fabulous staff and the ambience was soothing. I felt so relaxed after my treatment, Kelby was the beautician who did my brow lamination , she is such a friendly, professional girlie and absolutely smashed my brows , 100% recommend visiting Kalm as they offer many other treatments and classes.

Great studio and super cute cafe, coffee is really good I had brunch which was a smoothie bowl after Pilates. Jusr came with a friend and used the ice bath and sauna pool and had the healthy one on toast great food and teas oh. And smoothies. Visited again today and did hot yoga

I went yesterday for beginners Pilates with lizzy and woke up this morning feeling 10 years younger. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, loved the atmosphere would definitely recommend.

Great place, very calm and friendly atmosphere. I came for the sauna and ice bath for my recovery and it hit the spot. Staff were also really helpful
