One star because I got my money back but very disappointed with the service. I placed a Christmas order for my little boy on the 22nd of December with a delivery date of the 24th. At that time, their last Facebook post, from the 21st, suggested that they were still delivering for Christmas, enticing customers with a half price offer and the promise of an extra special Christmas. I took advantage of the offer, was given my delivery date upon ordering and got an email confirmation of my order. Then, on the 24th, nothing came! I messaged them on messenger that afternoon but didn't get a reply until the 27th, saying they were closed and reopening on the 3rd of January. We always buy toiletries and perfume for our children at Christmas so my little boy was, unfortunately, aware he had gifts missing and I had to explain it didn't arrive and he had to wait. As if that wasn't bad enough, I then got an email on the 2nd of January telling me part of my order was out of stock and we had to wait an extra 2 weeks! I emailed back expressing my disappointment and asked if they could cancel the out of stock item and try and deliver the other one before my son went back to school,as it was well past Christmas at that point (if not, then requested a full refund). I believed that they had enough time to arrange a fast delivery and that they would kindly do so as a good gesture for the inconvenience caused. But no, I got a cold email back from Mr Paul Summers, the Logistics manager, saying he had actioned a full refund so I can go and source the product elsewhere. No apologies! Great customer service, KP Pharma! I eventually received my refund, days after I ordered and received a replacement gift with Amazon. I will not be using this company again as this company led me to believe they have no ethics. They didn't deliver on their promises and they don't believe in apologising for their mistakes and the inconvenience caused!
