Lovely little cottage that was clean, well kitted out, and suited us perfectly.
Sadly there was no bath and only a washing machine, not a washer/dryer, but everything else was great.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Julliots well, and felt the need to share our experience. When looking for a holiday in Cornwall, it can be quite daunting based on the sheer number of sites offering ‘luxury accommodation’ however, this is exactly what we got. We booked for 2 Lodges, a 3 bed Gold and a 2 bed gold and they certainly did not disappoint. The site itself firstly, is incredibly clean and welcoming and really well laid out. We were shocked to learn that this hadn’t just opened as the whole site was pristine! When we were given our keys, our delight continued. The 3 bed was so spacious, impeccably clean and tidy with everything that we would need to enjoy our time there. All beds were made up when we arrived and they were all very comfortable. They supplied huge soft thick towels as well as robes which was a lovely touch. The decking areas were vast and overall we were absolutely delighted. All the staff who we spoke with were very warm, welcoming and friendly and we are already in talks about returning again in October. Excellent value and will recommend to anyone! Thank you for such a great stay! We will be back…..soon!

This caravan park is wonderful if you like a peaceful evening after a busy day exploring. The grounds are kept beautifully and the 2 lodge's we had were absolutely spotless and had everything you needed. One modern looking, one more wooden lodge looking, both stunning in their own way. The site is so peaceful and everyone so friendly. There is no club, so sitting out on your decking on an evening is just so peaceful and relaxing. If you want somewhere quiet, spotless and comfortable I would highly recommend. Caravans are just the same! Stayed in both. We'll done Juliots Well. Looking forward to next year already. We have just returned from staying for a week Juliot’s Well.|Our lodge was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location is peaceful and relaxing with lovely countryside views. The only sound we could hear was bird song. The site has fantastic leisure facilities – a lovely indoor pool, steam room, sauna and gym. The staff made us very welcome. They were friendly and extremely helpful. We look forward to returning.|

Fabulous clean, quiet accommodation. Our lodge had very comfortable beds, well furnished. Lovely modern swimming pool and sauna. We had friends over for a meal one night and they were envious of the location as they are on a noisy caravan park in Rock.

Worth noting that there are several cottages in this collection on the same site with different owners. We stayed in Bramble. ||This is now our third visit!||||The property was spotless and furnished to a really high standard with a new kitchen and lovely comfy beds. The downstairs is open plan with smart TV and woodburner. There is a small courtyard garden but we did not use it due to the time of year.||We spent the weekend walking sections of the coast path and drinking and eating!||||Ample parking on site and with easy access to A39, Padstow, Newquay and Tintagel.||||Will definitely return.

Stayed here for 4 nights in October half term in a pet friendly lodge. It was amazing, spotlessly clean with zero wiff of dog (pretty impressive) super comfortable seating and beds, 2 fantastic bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, even had a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Lighting around the park is at kerb level so if it isn't cloudy you get a fantastic night view. We informed the park we would be checking in late and they put the heating on to make sure it was warm for our arrival, very thoughtful. A special shout out to Ann, who goes above and beyond and is a true asset to the company.

Hired 4 lodges purely as accommodation for local family celebration. Really spacious and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. I used the pool and thought it was fabulous. We all wanted to stay longer and would highly recommend. The Lady on reception was especially kind and made us all very welcome.
