I noticed the low score reviews and wanted to give my own review to balance them somewhat. I moved to the area 6 years ago and was not registered with any practice until covid, when I realised I needed to be registered to get vaccinated.

I picked Jubilee because it is on my commuting route as well as the route I generally take when visiting family and friends, and it's easy walking distance. There are other, better rated practices nearby, but the location for me was key.

I have had cause to go in recently due to a painful injury that I am on a waiting list for. The staff couldn't be more pleasant, when I have been in blinding pain I have been able to see someone the same day, and they have responded to my phone enquiries with diligence and courtesy, I couldn't ask for better.

I had appointment last week to see nurse waited for over 50 minutes extra for my appointment. Then was told by receptionist nurse has left .Very unprofessional didn’t even have decency to tell me earlier or then as a dr to see me .Was given a address for local pharmacy this was a very bad experience at this surgery and very unprofessional.

We as a family, moved to Jubilee after a terrible experience at another local GP, its refreshing to speak to a nice reception team who do what they say they're going to do, the nurses are really lovely and have been brilliant with both of my children and our experiences with the GP's have been really helpful and positive.

Great GP service. Been with them over 20 years! Doctors are excellent and the support team and reception staff are so good and really push to get everything organised and all the details in place. Really all very nice people too. Highly recommend!

Great for out of hours appointments. They don't have any equipment or supplies to deal with things like a basic dressing. Luckily we took everything needed with us

Get called in on my day off at 8am to sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes to be told that all they wanted me for was to stand on a stupid machine and give them the details. The readings are.wrong too compared to my machine at home. Blood pressure has me way out.
Or the time they told me my child must just have a cough or something then an hour later we are told by another doctor at the walk in that he needs an ambulance and was rushed to hospital. The place is derelict and they don't care about their customers, doctors never have time for.your either. Will be going somewhere new.

They seem to have removed the option to book an appointment online in the app. It’s almost as if they want to make it as difficult as possible to make an appointment…

Today we were told someone would call back after calling 111 at 7am for my partner. Someone did at gone 5pm, by which point they wouldn’t have been able to see him that day anyway! Thankfully by then we’d already gone to the walk in centre, been seen and got a prescription. We will be registering elsewhere. It’s a sorry state of affairs when it’s easier and quicker to be seen to at a walk in centre!

The staff are unhelpful, I came in today for my son they told me he has a viral infection and eczema but my son has chicken pox and all they did was prescribe cream for eczema when it’s not. Nothing prescribed for his cough either.
This surgery is an absolute joke honestly.
