Very positive experience with two stubborn verruca on toe which has been treated and reappeared over the last 5 years. Had one Swift treatment and one has already disappeared. It is expensive but seems effective where everything else has failed.
John has been very information, answered all my questions and didn't even charge me extra thought I was 30 minutes late for an appointment due to traffic.
I would recommend John at any time.

Talked ‘at’ us for 25 minutes, explaining reasons for not treating then charged £45. We explained the problem over the phone when he had every opportunity to explain that the recommendation in most cases is to not treat. The advice was faulty as very minor issue has become a big painful problem in a few short months. Wish I had read the reviews to spare anyone else from visiting this charlatan.

Please be aware when you choose to do swift verruca treatment, you have an option to pay just for one treatment instead of three, but they never tell you that. I found out about it later. So, I decided to call the practice to get a refund for other two treatments. I explained that I wasn't told that I can pay for each treatment separately, but the doctor didn't believe me, was very rude and shouted at me over the phone. I can't belive how you can speak to your customers in this tone.

Saw somebody called Scott Corthine (14 July 2022). HIs manner of questioning was very curt and arrogant. "Name?". "Date of birth?". "Phone number?" I nearly told him to get lost and learn some manners, but as I knew my problem was probably transitory I did not bother. I later spoke to John Beal and told him of my experience. I stated I would not be returning and he replied: "...well then let's stop wasting each others time". The two of them are strangely arrogant and should be avoided.

Called in with a routine minor problem, but wasn't impressed with the service received. The treatment was very brief - too brief to do the job properly, & I knew the issue would quickly re-appear in consequence, which it duly has. Quite expensive also.
