Lovely treatment with Jo, highly recommend. I was lucky to have a gift voucher from my friend who regularly has massages with Jo. I chose the Indian Head Massage with focus on my neck and shoulders. I was put at ease at the start and Jo explained what she would be doing. After the massage my shoulders and upper back felt much better and overall the experience was very relaxing. Thanks Jo!

I can highly recommend Jo’s new deep tissue massage for legs and back, targeted at runners!!! As a runner myself it got those hard to reach and achy areas that you need soothing after a 5k or more! Jo focused specifically on those areas of tension in the legs and back, specifically the calves, glutes, inner and outer thigh as well as the lower and upper back. Be brave when she gets to your IT band! I’ll be back…..!
