This is my first experience of working with a PT and I really couldn't be happier. Jimmy did a great job of working out what might suit me, and the sessions have evolved over the past few months to keep me interested and motivated, using a mix of HIIT and kickboxing, all of which I've enjoyed! I've also been given a comprehensive nutrition plan, without overcomplicating things which inevitably puts me off. I definitely feel fitter, stronger and more confident in some of the techniques we use in kickboxing. Jimmy is friendly and helpful and knows exactly when to push me and when to ease up a little. I'm enjoying it so much I committed to 3 months instead of one at a time. Highly recommended!

Coaching has been one of the most immediately rewarding investments I have made in myself. Since working with Jimmy on the 6wk mindshift program, the brain fog is finally lifting and the social clutch is engaging correctly a lot more frequently. Jimmy has given me the tools to let go of negative emotions, gain clarity about what matters most to me and be able to break down my goals into manageable steps that lead to a more fulfilling balanced life."

Jimmy's a good guy with great knowledge and a genuine passion for helping others overcome their struggles, build a stronger more resilient mindset and become the best version of themselves. I love his honest, straight-talking approach with the focus on helping people to HELP THEMSELVES which is why I not only signed up for his 6-WEEK MINDSHIFT program but welcomed him onboard as the official Born 2 Bleed Mindset Coach. If you're struggling in any way or feel stuck in life I highly recommend getting in touch with Jimmy to see how he can help you. Steve Owner BORN 2 BLEED
