Jenna Blair Yoga

I got in contact with Jenna to see if she could come and deliver a Yoga session to a group of students I support at an SEND College. This group of learners are taking part in their Duke of Edinburgh Award and looking into ideas they may like to take part in for the Physical section of the award. Jenna sent her colleague Maggie to deliver the session. Maggie has over 20 years experience in supporting learners with additional needs and was very in sync with them and their needs. She identified ways we could adapt poses to meet the needs of all the learners and communicated with them using Makaton which was really lovely to see. The session was really lovely and staff and students all felt very relaxed by the end of it! Thank you to both Jenna and Maggie!

Jenna is an outstanding yoga teacher and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone, whatever your level of experience. I have attended Jenna's classes online and in person and always leave feeling relaxed and stress-free. I used to find it difficult to match my yoga practice with my breath, but after attending Jenna's classes it all clicked into place. Jenna has a rare talent for teaching yoga and her calming aura and love for yoga are almost tangible. Thank you for sharing your practice with me Jenna.

I have attended practice 3 times, with Jenna and Jen. All classes have been excellent, very fulfilling, physically and mentally. The setting is really suitable.
