They are always so helpful making sure we get my kids prescriptions, providing advice and help to where else I can receive if they don’t have the stock in (spoiler alert it’s not their fault if things aren’t ordered and multiple other people are already prescribed the stock they already had). They go as far as ensuring the antibiotics my children need are flavoured so they actually want to have them rather than me needing to do the dreading pinning them down. Thanks for always being so helpful and patient with my little rascals when we come in.

Having used this pharmacy for over 10 years I've never had an issue with them. The staff who help on the counter and in the dispensary have to deal with rude and intolerable people on a daily basis. Each of my visits has been fine, I've overheard the lady pharmacist be rude to the other staff on a number of occasions, but never dealt with that person myself (fortunately!!)
With the help they've had this past month I can see morale getting higher and the girls have smiles on their faces more often which is lovely. I will defend and recommend potton to anyone who asks me for pharmacy go to's.

I popped into the pharmacy just to buy a couple of "cold" items. Card ready to tap.....and I waited and waited and waited. A lady in front of me was waiting for a prescription which there seemed to be a problem with, server was back and forth between her and the pharmacist at the back, not once did she look at me and say anything, or acknowledge me waiting there with 2 small items in my hand. Meanwhile, there were 2 more assistants unpacking boxes, one could have come to the counter but chose not to. After 10 minutes waiting I gave up and left. Terrible service.

I needed an emergency repeat prescription before I went away for 3 weeks. Although there was slight confusion with the status of the prescription at first, the staff sorted the prescription, checked and dispensed it within half an hour. Very helpful and I appreciated it so much. Thank you!! 🫶

Extremely slow and very often either don't have your prescription ready or medication isn't even available for your prescription. Staff repeatedly blame the suppliers, so change the supplier! I feel sorry for the young lad that the others keep sending out to apologise to customers!

Absolutely appalling duty of care. Was referred there by 111 as first point of call, pharmacist could not have been less interested in helping my 6yr old. She was rude, and lacked any form of genuine care or empathy for the situation. 111 advised as a health care professional she would be able to call them and expedite a referral, she refused saying it would take “to much of her time” and to go wait in a&e. I understand it is a weekend and local doctors are closed, and resources limited out of hours. But to be so rude and I helping just isn’t necessary. If you’re not going to help, then don’t sign up to be a first point of call medical visit for 111. My son has scarlet fever, which is very obvious by its rash and strawberry tounge and the path to getting him on antibiotics would have been much quicker had they of taken 5 minutes to help. Will never go back.

Can't express how useless this pharmacy is. Waiting time for prescribed medication 7 days to process. How? Why? What if it's urgent.. tough, you just need to deal with the pain or keep your cancer at bay while the staff drag their miserable knuckles doing next to nothing.

I went in for advice and help for something and was immediately told that don't offer anything over the counter prescription. I hadn't even told them what I went in for.
I said, "at least let me tell you what the issue is before giving me excuses".
She replied, "Not everything can be remedied over the counter".
I said, "you still don't know why I'm here".

Aren't pharmacists now able to prescribe medication (antibiotics and such) to relieve the wait for GPs?
These people don't care about helping anyone and shouldn't be in this career. Maybe prison wardens would be better suited.

I personally believe that the signs they have plastered around saying they won't tolerate verbal abuse to staff gives them the excuse to be useless at their job and when being called out they claim it's abuse.

It's easier to travel 3 or 4 hours to another pharmacy and pick up a prescription than it is to deal with these useless cockwombles.

Not enough staff, always a queue. Staff are polite but overworked. Perhaps if the store sent texts when prescriptions were ready, it would save staff (and customers) valuable time?
