Impossible to get an appointment. Doesn't contact you back even after you spoke to the receptionist who just referred you to fill out the online form. The request was closed claiming I had been contacted when I hadn't. Even 111 tried to make an appointment and couldn't. Tried pharmacies and they referred me to the GP. This shouldn't be so difficult it just constantly feels like fighting a losing battle when you're a one man army.

Been a patient here since 1998, never had a problem, staff always courteous and helpful. Nurses efficient. Doctors understanding, easy to talk to and not dismissive at all. No complaints!

Terrible service, everything is slow, zero follow up, no communication. If you’d like to be taken seriously and don’t like wasting your days on the phone with receptionists that have no idea what is going on, I’d recommend you get a different GP practice.

I've been a patient of this surgery for 27 years, and in fareness they used to provide an adequate service before the introduction of modern technology. Now, they severely struggle with basic booking skills, customer communication, and appointments. I'm really disheartened with the surgery and the incompetency of its staff. 8.3.24 They have managed to redeem themselves since the first part of my review and have gone above and beyond to support me in my request. Hence, I am editing this post and changing my star rating from 1 to 4.
