I'd had some pulsing noises and wax build up in my right ear that was really disturbing me especially at night when trying to sleep. Phil completely got rid of the wax for me and what turned out to be a couple of my cats hairs! Since then everything has returned to normal and no more pulsing noises!! It's such a relief and Phil is so kind and makes you feel at ease, explaining everything to you as he does it. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Phil!

My son had micro-suction, one ear was blocked and he was having trouble hearing. Phil was excellent, explained what he was doing throughout and made you feel at ease. Such a lovely man.

Cannot recommend him enough! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and very very good at his job. My 4 year old son had been struggling with ear discomfort and loss of hearing. After multiple visits to gp - each time told to go home with olive oil drops. He was getting progressively worse.. we tried Jackson audiology, you can see in the picture what he managed to extract from his right ear. Bearing in mind this was from a 4 year old - so it was no easy task, but he managed to do it with as little stress as possible on my son, Which is a incredible testament to him - very very good with children. Tired various techniques and methods to make it less scary for him - constantly explaining what he was doing and talking to him. Again - Cannot recommend him enough.

What can I say? Phil is the consumate hearing professional! Thorough, caring, explains everything - beforehand and on-going . I have had my ear wax removed a few times and this was by far the best experience - pleasant even, how often can that be the case! Did he get the wax out? YOU BET!

After a shower a couple of weeks ago, my husband was really deaf in one ear. We tried to clear it by using drops, but unfortunately they didn't work. I phoned Jacksons yesterday and Phil was able to fit us in today. Phil was so friendly and very efficient, the offending wax was removed and his hearing is back to normal, cannot recommend him enough!!

Phil was good enough to arrange a short notice appointment to deal with what I thought was an ear wax problem. But it turned out that there was no wax and I was just suffering from an ear infection.

Phil then sent my results direct to my GP and also provided me with a letter to take along. This enabled me to get a swift appointment the same day and begin treatment.

I will definitely return the next time I have a real ear wax issue.

I went to see Phil with very blocked ears. Phil was very professional and thourgh. I never felt rushed even though one of my ears was being a bit stubborn. I would definitely recommend Jackson Audiology.

Quick appointment..Both ears blocked, explained to what he was going to do though out, mirco suction first then had to have both washed out then finished with suction again, all totally painless. Can't ask for a better service. 100% recommend..
