Dr Carla Kan and Prem took good care of me. I had an IUD coil replaced. It was a smooth process, they were so patient with me. They calmed my nerves and were so supportive. They also gave me all the information I needed to know about the coil. I'm grateful for their kindness, patience and support. I would suggest this clinic to my own friends and family.

Dr Tom and Prem were a brilliant team and very lovely for my coil insertion. I was quite nervous about the pain but they were so supportive and I was given a local anaesthetic injection before hand. They allowed my boyfriend to come in and sit with me. It was a quick process but I never felt rushed and was able to ask all the questions I wanted. I can't recommend the Ivy Centre enough!

I was seen very quickly, I made my appointment in advance online. I was apprehensive but Dr. Madeleine Benns instantly put me at ease. I had so many questions, and was scared to have an implant again. She was patient, kind, knowledgable and open. The procedure was completed effortlessly, and I felt I was in extremely safe hands. She suggested I talk to health advisor Julie T.

I had an incredible and lengthy chat with Julie. I’m a woman in my 30s entering singledom for the first time in 10 years and have myriad of questions about navigating this new world. From the off I felt zero judgement, I felt heard and seen, and she offered me advice I will remember forever.

I never had such a positive experience at a clinic, in fact I have had quite harrowing times in the past. These two women left me feeling much lighter than when I went in, and are exceptional at their jobs. If I could give 10 stars I would.

It’s a week on and my implant has healed really well.
