Very Poor Experience No Communication or Care

I came in for an audiology appointment through InHealth Group, but no one saw me. I waited for over an hour without any update or explanation. The receptionists on both floors just kept telling me to wait, and when I asked for more information, they said it wasn’t their responsibility because it was a different team.

I had to insist several times before anyone even acknowledged the situation. Eventually, I had to call InHealth myself, and only then was I told that the doctor had called in sick. At that point, there were still several other people waiting, completely unaware of the cancellation.

No one from the clinic informed us, no notice was given, and the reception staff showed no interest in helping. I ended up losing a full day of work for absolutely nothing no appointment, no test, no results.

Staff working in a GP surgery should at least show some basic care and responsibility. I understand things happen, but the lack of communication and professionalism was completely unacceptable.

I would not recommend booking this location.

This GP used to be average. Our family has been registered there for 17 years. Often it was hard to get a response or an appointment but individual GPs could be great. THEN - something happened. Perhaps a new manager or system, but for the last few years this place has become absolutely brilliant. Super organized, very responsive, excellent care. Thank you!

Probably the worst practice experience I have had my entire life. Their terrible appointment process which is actually quite stupid does not consider patients with autism need structure and time. The mountains I had to climb just to get an appointment booked for my autistic son only to be booked in for a different slot than I was told which resulted in us waiting around stressed. The GP was fine and attentive when doing my sons check up but the practice managers, reception staff relating information and not updating information is poor, Siobhan on reception was the most kind, understanding and knowledgeable regarding how to manage appointments for people with autism. I would be interested to see their special access policies for people with learning disabilities because it seems that they have nothing in place. I am glad to say we have removed ourselves from here and now happily registered elsewhere where we can book appointments in advance. I would advise to steer clear of this practice if you require additional support

Service has always been excellent whenever I've used it. Very understanding, caring and professional staff who have gone above and beyond and have always treated me like a human being. Managed to squeeze me in for an appointment today in spite of being sent to the wrong address by another service. This is typical of my previous encounters with them.

I don't often write reviews but I wanted to say that this place was the best GP I have found. During all the scare stories about gp surgeries in general, I never had a bad experience here. I never had an issue getting an appointment, the doctor would even proactively call me and make sure my asthma and general health were ok. The receptionists were very friendly and one in particular made it her mission to help me get an urgent prescription and was incredibly helpful and reassuring. I have moved around a lot and have only just moved away from this surgery. But I wanted to say thank you for being a great practice. It means a lot.

Had the best and most helpful appointment with my audiologist today. She was so good at explaining what was going on with my hearing loss. She was patient, professional and caring. Losing a bit of my hearing at 53 feels tough but she made me feel supported and comfortable about my first hearing aids. Thanks.

I’ve been coming to this surgery for years and I’ve always found all of the start on the front desk and doctors to be exceptional. I hear lots of people complaining about their GP surgeries so I guess I’m lucky. A particular shout out to Dr Cohen but to be honest they’re all great.

Staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. I spoke at length with Ashim who answered all of my questions and helped resolve some tricky registration issues. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful.
