A fabulous fitness centre with brilliant classes ranging from yoga, hot yoga, Pilates, barre, strength training, reformer Pilates.

I've been going for several months now and there is such a difference in my body in terms of posture, strength and flexibility.

The tutors are brilliant, special mention to Wioletta, Maz and Rebecca for their kindness, expertise and guidance (both spiritual and physical)

There is a positive energy to this place and it's popular too, so I'm surprised it doesn't have more reviews!

There is a changing room with toilets and a shower, and smoothies are also available to buy.

There is free water in the reception and yoga mats are available in each room to use if you don't have your own.

The fitness / yoga rooms are spacious and airy, lots of light.

Each class is fantastic value, especially if you buy a bundle.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a yoga studio in Kettering or Northants.

Super impressed with this company!

I was unable to make my NovoTHOR session the other week due to a family emergency. One of the staff members contacted me and informed me that I would be able to rearrange it although the required notice period had passed. I have now rearranged the appointment for this week and I'm looking forward to it.

Friendly and considerate staff... 10/10.

I found this centre a year and a half ago and have been attending 3 classes a week. It’s very clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. There is a great range of classes to choose from, I only wish I could get to more.

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star, this is definitely not a wellbeing community centre, for the second time due to poor management they have withdrawn the stretch to the future classes which is specifically to help people living with and beyond cancer. Funded by Mcmillian and another sponsor. With no explanation apart from a very good source stating they could make more money with another class, sorry but that's definitely not in the best interest of the current classes mental and emotional wellbeing.
it seems to be all about making money rather than what these classes are truly about.

I have been attending two classes regularly recently: a Monday Hatha Yoga with Amanda Templeton-King and Thursday Hot Rocket Yoga with Rebecca Lloyd. I would like to thank them both for being amazing!

Hatha is a perfect way to end a very busy Monday at work and Amanda has helped me master 3:5 breathing. I always feel so relaxed after and sleep like a log. Amanda is very caring, suggests personalised alternative poses for everyone and I love the weekly intentions. Amanda has also been so helpful and supportive when my husband attended his first class - thank you for your patience & encouragement!

Thursday evenings are for Hot Rocket Yoga with the lovely Rebecca. I can’t thank Rebecca enough for making sure my alignments are correct - I’m getting so much more from this dynamic class and already feel a bit more flexible. Rebecca always demonstrates all levels of poses to suit everyone. A perfect class to get energised at the end of the week!

Thank you both Rebecca & Amanda for amazing classes and for providing “an escape” from the business of daily life and current world affairs. I’m very grateful to both of you
