Always reliable. I had my 6 month review this time so there was a slight delay but that was partially my own fault ordering on a Friday. All sorted out by Teddy who is a wonderful member of staff there. He kept me updated and got everything sorted out as quickly as possible.

I am so glad I took the plunge and ordered from yourselves. I have had weight probs all my life. At one stage I was 1lb off being 23 stone 😳. But 9 years ago I went to a slimming class and I lost 11 stone. But since then my health got worse with a chronic health condition. So bad I am bedded lots and use a wheelchair, and unfortunately unable to do any form of exercise. Due to that and losing my way a bit in life, I put on 5 of the 11 stone I lost. This time I decided to get in touch with yourselves and was accepted once I filled out all my details. I am over the moon to say I have not been on it long, I am up 1 level to the 5mg and already I have lost 20lbs. This is great because with not managing to exercise I thought I would never lose weight again. I am determined to get rid of the weight I put on. Mounjaro has worked great for me so far and the service is great. The orders arrive extremely fast, usually within 2-3 days of ordering. I have had some side effects, a bit of nausea but it always lifts. Thank you IQ Doctor for making me feel good about myself again. ☺️

I’d been using IQ Doctor for quite a few months after being recommended by a friend who works in a high profile position within the NHS. I have to say that my last couple of interactions with IQM have been fairly poor.
1st issue was when prices were increased, I contacted them via phone and was told “they would be holding on to their stock until price increase was finalised. This left me without my Mounjaro. I had to go to another supplier to ensure my treatment continued.
2nd issue was more recent, I had decided to give IQM another go so ordered a pen, like other people have said, when it arrived the ice pack had melted and I was concerned about whether the pen had been compromised and was it safe to use. To be honest I was given the run around right from the start. Was told a manager would call me but they didn’t. I then rang back and was given every excuse from the weather down to how I might have stored my pen. The outcome was that whoever I spoke to was reading a script and was not listening to me. My advice to anyone reading my review would be “Avoid at all costs” there are better providers. Use them. Stay away from IQDoctor.

Customer service friendly to address my queries. Didn’t like that I had to step back 2 doses because I didn’t have my latest box to show you . It was confusing when there was a computer glitch and my invoice didn’t correspond with my order . However , all turned out well. Pen dispatched same day , arrived next day. Good price .

Like thousands of people , when the mounjaro price increase was announced , I ordered 2 pens . Because of this the date on the 2 boxes were 2 months old so they refused the dosage I’d ordered. I then proved without any shadow of a doubt that I’d ordered 2 pens, including letters from the pharmacy to my doctor. He still wouldn’t believe me . He was rude and constantly interrupted me. So I cancelled the order and called the click2 pharmacy who were extremely helpful , kind and used basic common sense . Sent them the exact same stuff with the same information and they are happy to take me on . So if you’re the owner reading this , I’d guess I’m not the only one this has happened too and this guy is losing you customers. If you’re looking to move from Mounjaro to wegovey , then avoid these clowns like the plague.

Great online pharmacy. Started my Mounjaro journey with IQ Doctor last year. Changed to Wegovy when the Mounjaro price went up, no problem changing over and all orders processed seamlessly and quickly. Very professional, can recommend.
