First class experience. I was suffering from neck ache. Isabel talked to me about sleep posture and suggested improvements to that. Deep massage to by neck and shoulders which has helped ease the stiffness. Also suggested supplementary stretches to be used on a daily basis.

Miss Fatima Abdul Khaliq Is a brilliant physiotherapist, she has been treating me after I was involved in an RTA. She has helped significantly with pain management. Also helped me in regards to getting the correct referrals for my shoulder and neck. I am very pleased with the treatment I have been receiving. Thank you for all your help 😊

Really poor experience! Had an initial consultation and was told I’d be emailed all the physio moves - never received anything. Chased from 8am as it states they open 8am every day on google and their own website. After about 6 attempts of no answer I eventually get told they don’t open till 9 each day. Really poor connection so impossible to have an actual conversation and was told the physio isn’t in for days - so it’s nearly a week with no physio at all. Have asked to be referred elsewhere. Absolutely do not recommend !

I was referred to Ipersonal Physiotherapy from Benenden Health. I was under the care of Miss Fatima Kaliq who was extremely competent and professional. Over the course of 6 consultations, my condition improved out of all recognition. I started being able to walk only with considerable pain, which diminished to little or nothing by the end of the treatment. I was given excercises to perform between appointments and the progress week by week was very noticeable. I would thoroughly recommend Ipersonal, and in paricular Miss Kaliq. A very big thank you !

I went to the clinic for the treatment of lower back pain. Irina was very helpful and recommended a number of exercises that really helped. The treatment was good and I was back to my old self very quickly. The admin side also worked very smoothly, with booking my appointments being a very easy process. A good central location for access to the clinic and a warm welcome each time I attended.

I would highly recommend Ipersonal Physiotherapy to get you back on your feet after ill-health or an accident. I quickly gained the confidence to get back my life and fitness level.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and Irina was so patient whilst putting me through my paces.
I thoroughly enjoyed my weekly appointments and found myself looking forward to the next session.

I had a bad accident last year , I was advised to visit Ipersonal Physiotherapy a programme for rehabilitation was set out. Only after a couple of visits my walking became much less painful and my co-ordination improve no end. I have no hesitation in recommending Ipersonal Physiotherapy to any one. They are a very professional outfit .

She is a highly skilled professional who gave me excellent, consistent advice and support with my problem. I felt safe and comfortable throughout and was always treated with the utmost dignity and respect. I can not recommend this practice highly enough.
