Sarah has been an incredible therapist. When I first saw her for treatment, I had never had a sports massage before, and had a lot of tension and very sore muscles. She made sure that she wasn’t too firm and explained different ways that tension could be building up in my lifestyle, and how I could reduce this.

She’s uses different types of therapy, such as cupping, to assist in my treatment, which has also helped significantly as this can get to tightness deep in the muscles that ordinary massage cannot reach. I really appreciate her willingness to learn and implement new techniques, and she only uses these after agreeing with me that I’m happy for her to.

Overall, I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone needing massage therapy, as she has really helped me reduce muscle tension and soreness.

Sarah works wonders with her massages, not only in terms of pain relief but I can see my posture visibly improve after a session. She sends me away with exercises and stretches which also help. Whatever the issue, Sarah has somehow always been able to fix it or make it much better in just one session. I don't feel pain afterwards like other professional massages I have had. Sarah truly is a gifted lady! I have been having deep tissue massage with her for years now and I can hand on heart say she is the best in the business. She has done so much more for me than relieve pressure (I have a very physical job) although she does that incredibly well! She is intuitive and knows where you need more attention, she’s also very healing and spends time giving reiki, she is deeply empathetic and has helped heal me through some trauma without really even knowing it. She has also taught me coping mechanisms through eft and tapping which I still use to this day. All this to say she is simply far more than a therapist, she is a truly gifted lady who will only improve your life whether that be through massage, eft or recommendations she has personally. I have employed Sarah's services many times for sports massages for a reoccurring back muscle spasm following recovery from a prolapsed disc.

Sarah is friendly, approachable, extremely competent and above all has empathy for her clients.

We tried a number of additional approaches including extra exercises for me to do in my own time, epsom bath salts as well as of course focussing on a number of spasming muscle areas on my back using a variety of apparatus to assist on top of a typical sports massage.

Through a process of elimination and tailoring solutions to suit my particular body, we achieved our goal and after years of back pain, this is now effectively managed through her hard focussed work and support.

I thoroughly recommend Sarah's services (combined with her kind personality) and I am sure she will continue to help a large number of people with a variety of physical ailments and body complaints.
