Wow what fantastic service and quality. Right from the start receptionist was excellent. Booked eye test...was attended to immediately on arrival...thorough and I mean thorough..informative and very polite eye test. Given time to choose not one but 2 pairs buy 1 get 1 free for a good price. Then got message to say ready for collection. Went seen too again with such excellent customer service. This is by far the very best experience I have had. Staff are amazing. Would recommend to anybody. One happy chappy!!

I would like to thank the staff at Whitefield for their support they gave me when I suddenly lost vision in my right eye. Tests took place and it was decided that I needed to go to the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital that same day. They found that I had two tares at the back of my eye. Laser surgery took place and due to the quick response and care given my eye sight returned. Once again thank you for your fantastic service.

Recently visited this opticians for the first time in order to have my yearly eye test. It was Booked very easily and with a time and date that suited me. The booking was organised by receptionist Ingrid who made an always nervous patient very welcome and relaxed. The test was carried out by optician Hamza who was absolutely excellent, very knowledgeable about every question I asked and very thorough, again in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The choosing of my required glasses was assisted by the shop manager Sadia who talked me through the different options available and again it was done in a thoroughly professional yet friendly way. She really took her time to explain the different products to a not very glasses savvy customer. The glasses were ready in five days and the fitting again carried out by Sadia was first class. They did require some slight adjustment after wearing them for a couple of days but again the after sales service organised by Ingrid can only be described as excellent. I will not hesitate to return for any future optical care I need, and also would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Really, really good.

Extremely disappointing as I have always recommended here to friends. Offered a ‘free trial’ for daily contact lenses by the optician who was wonderful. Came out to pay for my eye test £25 and was told that it was £50 due to the ‘consultation’. This was not mentioned at all until then. The reason I had opted out of the consultation was due to affordability. Such a shame as I had been going there for years but I will definitely not be returning.

The service all round was excellent I was nervous having not had my eyes tested for a long while but the very friendly approachable staff put me at my ease, the optician was very thorough and communicative. I am now very pleased with my glasses and boring my partner by reading everything to him . It's like someone switched on HD

My wife and I made an appointment last week and attended today to have our first eye test in some years. The initial visit last week put us at ease. The lady on reception was very pleasant, helpful and had a welcoming manner.

Today was - eye tests. The opthalmologist was very thorough and helpful. He gave us a full explanation of what was needed and why. I have personally had many, many eye tests through work and always felt there was an element of sales about the experience. This was not the case - just straightforward advice.

His assistant sorted out "sports" glasses for myself, plus some driving glasses. My eyesight is up to driving standard, but when you see the difference proper glasses made it became and easy decision.

The lady on Reception helped my wife in choosing a pair of driving and reading glasses. She did not steer her in the direction of the dearer frames, but helped my wife choose two pairs that suited.

The whole experience was stress free and we were never pressured into buying from that store or buying more expensive versions.

Leaving aside the excellent, friendly, professional staffing, we were very pleasantly surprised at the very, very reasonable cost.

In two years time we will return for an updated test.

I wish to place on record our appreciation for a first class service.

Fantastic Opticians, actually the BEST I've ever visited. Given excellent service from walking in to leaving. I was recommended for Cataract surgery and after having both eyes done my life has changed, for the better. A huge thank you to all of great staff at Morrisons Whitefield. xxx

I had an appointment at your Hillsborough branch in Sheffield this morning for an eye test and I was particularly impressed with the level customer care from the lady I booked the appointment with. In addition, the customer adviser manager (Bajwa) was outstanding in dealing me after having had my eye test.
I don't normally send emails of this nature but felt it necessary on this occasion given the superb level of customer service from your employees.
