I have been coming to Inspired Health for the last 8 years.
I see Gemma she is my chiropractor she is the best there is would not go anywhere else.
I also see Josh and Sam for a massage they are both great.
It feels like you have had a massage where some places you go it doesn’t feel you have been touched.
100% recommend inspired Health.
All the staff are lovely very welcoming and friendly.

Have been with Gemma and team for about 3 years now and cannot rate them highly enough.

I’ve been seeing Gemma and Sam for sometime now. Inspired Health was recommended to me by a friend of mine who’s a bodybuilder who had good results with them. When I first started seeing them, I was having constant pain and sleepless nights, my bad back was having a serious impact on my day to day life. Now I see Gemma and Sam once a month for a maintenance session. I visit the clinic every week and have my adjustments one week and a massage the following week, my adjustments are with Gemma who really understands my back problems she is very passionate about her work, I then see Holly for my massage which really helps me, she is also very passionate about her work, they both keep me moving and motivated and don't know what I'd do with out there help.
Everyone at the clinic is friendly and always makes time to listen to you and have a chat, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been coming to Inspired Health Chiropractors for many years, having been introduced to them via a friend. I am now treated by Gemma and have been for several years. Gemma should have wings as far as I am concerned! She puts my body back together & I leave a lighter happier person. Stretch class with Sports Therapist Aaron Greenidge.

I can highly recommend this 50 min stretch class, Aaron is patient, takes time to explain each exercise and is extremely encouraging.
I signed up to the six week course to improve my flexibility and no longer suffer from aching joints and feel much more energised. I plan to continue with the class as I’ve enjoyed it so much.

I visit Gemma here regularly. She has been amazing both with any back problems I have or even to help with migraines. If I ever see another chiro they are just as brilliant and I never come away disappointed. The care I have always received here has been incredible and they are my first call if I get an injury or need some extra help to get back moving as normal.
