I would highly recommend Innovate Physiotherapy. I was a self-referral for an ongoing back issue that had been affecting me for around seven months. Right from my first appointment, James knew the exact issue (which was a lot more than my three trips to the GP). He set up a treatment plan with the team and gave me exercises to resolve the underlying issue. My symptoms eased right from the first appointment, and I was pain-free and back to my normal active life in just over three months! The whole team has been wonderful and supportive in helping with my recovery and it’s going to sound a bit cliché, but it really feels like they have given me my life back!

I had a fantastic experience with James, he is absolutely "Top-Draw". I say that because I used a different physiotherapist from a different company many months ago. That process was very non-personal, and I didn't know what the outcome was supposed to look like.

Absolutely incredible! I’ve been dealing with back issues for 3-4 years and have seen numerous physiotherapists, all of whom recommended rest, pain medications, and even surgery as a potential option. But James was different. He assured me that with consistent exercises, surgery could be avoided.
