I was on the waiting list for over 2 months and finally had an early morning appointment today. After waiting for 30 minutes, the staff came out and told me they couldn’t see me today and suggested I go to another hospital. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It felt like they gave my appointment to someone else who probably paid for it seems like they prioritise people who pay them….

The centre itself is lovely and the staff are lovely but the results that I was told would be sent the next day have still not been received a week later from myself or my doctors. I had an echocardiogram for potential genetic heart conditions, so is a bit worrying results aren't being sent quickly (or in the usual time frame of 1 week) for something potentially so serious

From Receptionist to Radiologist the whole experience is how the NHS should be. This diagnostic centre is welcoming and the staff really care for you. Every person I encountered was positive, engaging, informative, caring and enjoyed their work. Thank you for making my experience the most positive it could be.
