The pharmacist here refused my e-prescription saying it had to be printed. I think they're living in the stone ages. Also mentioned no pharmacy takes them unless printed - boots do. You simply take the code and search the database. Poor customer service.

Lovely people working here. I had an eye infection while isolating and was unable to speak to my GP. Called the pharmacy and they dropped some eye drops round to my house free of charge! So grateful, thank you.
