Even though I saw some bad reviews, my time at Dunstable Sexual Health Centre was really good. I didn't expect it, but the place felt friendly. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful, making me feel okay about being there.

The doctor and nurse was so kind. They didn't rush and explained things so I could understand, treating me with respect. I felt I could trust them, which is super important.

Really good service. IUD removal and replacement went smoothly thanks to the friendly, professional staff who clearly know their stuff and kept me informed and as relaxed as possible throughout the whole procedure. Came here at 7:50 to get the pill as I couldn’t get an appointment at my doctors. I was told that no one would see me due to their consultation process taking 30 minutes, it’s unheard off to get my regular pill that a consultation would take that long. I stressed how important it was for me to take my pill today but no one would see me. Totally unhelpful the go service downstairs agreed and couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t see me and issue me my pill. I wouldn’t use this clinic again.

went to get treatment for a deadly infection and all they did was test me, i’ve spoken to other clinics and they all said i should have been treated, disgusting malpractice
